Upper body strength is an important part of overall health.  The use of ones arms strengthen the heart reducing the possibility of heart attacks.

The push up is still one of the best ways to build upper body strength.

The problem with push-ups is if you don’t already have upper body strength they are very hard to do and you inevitably do them incorrectly.

For many people, the end result of every difficult tasks and poor performance is to give up.

The Body Jac allows you to build up that needed strength in and incremental and satisfying way.

For those people who wish to build the upper body without buying a whole weight set the Body Jac aids in the proper military push up.  A series of graduated exchangeable rubber bands allows the individual to slowly build up the upper body strength.  The user can gradually start his exercise routine lifting one half his weight then progressing to three fourth of his actual weight and upwards depending on his progress.

To use the Body Jac place the desired bands on the machine.  Lay face down on it placing hands at either side.  The device should compress to the ground.  Push against the ground just as you would a normal push up.  The resistance against the user depends on the band chosen and it eases the amount of body weigh lifted.

A digital counter is installed on the bottom front bar facing the user.  Not only will the user be able to keep track of his push ups, but will know he is working the Body Jac properly when the number changes on the down stroke of each push up.
